Warrell testing marred by giant dog

Testing by Warrell Racing at Slottus came to a sudden halt on Tuesday when a giant dog appeared and proceeded to cause widespread chaos.

The Maxi Foxy appeared around 1pm and seemed at first to be relatively harmless as it watched the two Warrells conduct their scheduled testing program. This was short lived though after one of the track personnel accidentally shouted the word "fetch" over the public address system after choking on a chicken and chutney sandwich.

The dog then immediately leaped towards the car driven by test driver Billy Watson, and at turn 1 proceeded to grab the car with its teeth and bound across the grass before dropping it again near turn 14.

"It turned out to be the fastest lap of the day" said Technical Director Peter Burns.

Selected track personnel quickly left the venue and returned soon after with a 30m long Schmacko in an attempt to pacify the dog. This turned out to be successful and the dog soon went on its way, however not before placing a fresh chicane on the back straight of the circuit.
